Fun day at the Lake!

Saturday afternoon when we woke up from our nap, we headed out to the lake!

 

Cooper insisted, well more like demanded, he wear this hat.  I tell ya, I'm learning how to pick my battles these days.  So, he wore his winter hoodie that barely fit his head anymore...But he was happy :)

 

This kid loves the boat, but his favorite spot was the driver's seat :)

 I attempted to get a family pic, but he was not having it.  He just wanted to eat his sucker in peace

He didn't catch anything but he had a blast!

 

 While he and daddy were swimming, a baby duck came up and they caught him! He thought it was the coolest thing ever!

 He kept pointing and telling Mister Derrick..."This Way!"

 

There's nothing better than a day at the lake!!
