Happy 23 Months Cooper Powell! I can't believe this time next month you will be 2 years old. Oh how the times flies!

Cooper LOVES to be outside and he just couldn't understand why he couldn't go out because it was raining. After dinner, the rain let up some, so we let him go out and splash in the mud puddles. Talk about one happy boy!
